Capability
JCF manages the commercial, technical and operational detail around the floor — because most flooring problems start before the flooring does.
Supply and installation across the principal commercial flooring categories, coordinated as one managed package.
Scope, take-offs, pricing, procurement, programme, interfaces, lead times and value engineering reviewed early.
Labour, suppliers, access, sequencing, site meetings and progress control around the real site condition.
Substrate and environmental checks, protection, snagging, close-out and the discipline to get genuinely finished.
Practical intervention where flooring packages have slipped, interfaces are failing or the finish is under pressure.
Experienced flooring-package support for contractors and clients who need additional commercial, technical or delivery input.
Selected work
Scale, programme control, technical judgement and finishing detail — not a gallery of anonymous close-ups.

Delivery principle
At International Trading Estate, Southall, unusually cold conditions meant temporary heating was required to meet the flooring system’s minimum installation temperatures.
Other trades can sometimes work through the cold. Flooring systems are less forgiving.
How we work
Flooring sits at the finishing end of the programme. By then, everybody else’s delays, tolerances, access problems and unfinished work can land on one package.
Scope, specification, substrate, interfaces, programme and commercial terms.
Procurement, approvals, labour, access, conditions, sequencing and protection.
Progress and dependencies managed against what is actually happening on site.
Quality, protection, snagging and handover treated as part of delivery.
Tender / enquiry
Send the drawings, specification, programme or early-stage scope. We’ll review what you have and start from there.
