The challenge
The wider refurbishment specification was more involved than a typical warehouse refresh and other trades were already behind programme. Flooring needed access to areas that, during the day, were also required by the rest of the site.
The delivery
The flooring works moved onto night shifts. That created clear working areas for preparation and installation while leaving the daytime programme available to the other trades.
The result
The project reached practical completion as a transformed industrial workspace. The flooring package supported the wider programme by changing the working pattern rather than simply adding more congestion.
